Order: GESCOM shall pay to the petitioner for the energy delivered from the Solar Power Project
The 1st Respondent (GESCOM) shall pay to the petitioner for the energy delivered from the Solar Power Project of the petitioner from the date of commissioning of the said project at the tariff of Rs.5.35 per kWh as agreed in the PPA.
