ONE Energy Corporation , a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, announced the change in its shareholder composition effective as of today.
Following this change, EPCO Co., Ltd. (“EPCO”) will no longer be a shareholder of ONE Energy, however, business ties between the two companies will continue to be held. There will be no change in the existing services provided by ONE Energy to its customers.
