Petition seeking orders for reimbursement of amount deposited by the Petitioner (under protest) towards construction of transmission line for 20 MW Solar Power Plant from generation point to 33 KV Substation, Siwani (District Bhiwani) and implementation of HERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff for Renewable Energy Sources, Renewable Purchase Obligation and Renewable Energy Certificates) Regulations, 2010 as amended from time to time.
