Petition under section 86(1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 23 of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking payment of Rs. 76,61,606/- towards the demand generation as the grid down time exceed the considerable downtime/maintenance hours under power purchase agreement dated 20th August, 2010 executed between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 on behalf of respondent no. 3 & 4 alongwith interest at the rate 18 percent per annum and other damages.
