EMD in the form of DD/ PO drawn in favour of “ WESTERN COALFIELDS LTD, BALLARPUR AREA A/C” on any Nationalised Banks/Scheduled Commercial Banks payable at Ballarpur/Rajura. Issue date of Demand draft/Pay order for EMD & tender fee should be after date of issue of tender notice, otherwise tender will be rejected. Hand written offers (both part-I & Part-II) are not to be accepted by tender authorities. Only typed offers are to be accepted. In part-II (Price bid), prices quoted by the bidders should be both in words and figures. Bid received in contravention to it are not to be accepted. Properly sealed covers of Part-I & Part-II of the offers are to be accepted.
