Senior Manager Finance & Accounts
Job Description:
Should have thorough knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, MIS & Financial Analysis
Should have good understanding of prevailing Accounting Standards
Should be able to handle statutory compliances and audit issues independently
Should be able to handle taxation issues, such as Income Tax (including annual returns), filing of e- TDS returns etc.
Basic knowledge of GST, Company Law and other relevant Applicable Law
Should have overall knowledge of accounting processes and be able to independently prepare and finalize financials and get the same audited
Should be able to work with Bank and manage relationships with lenders, obligations under financing documents, etc.
Self- motivated, good team- player with a positive attitude
