SEZ Units Now Need to Pay All Duties Like AntiDumping, CVD for Goods Sold to DTA Region

Budget 2021 has established a level playing field between DTA and SEZ Units. The new provisions as per clause 93 and 94 at page 73-75 on Finance Bill 2021 has implications that Now any item or raw material attracting anti dumping duty or any countervailing duty, SEZ  Unit shall pay that duty amount while selling material from SEZ to DTA.
