Date of Pre-Bid meeting & Site Visit:
The Site visit for the captioned project has been planned on 09/02/2021 for which the SECI team along with Prospective bidders will start at 0800 Hrs from Ranchi, Jharkhand to the site at Bhojudih Coal Washery, Purulia District, West Bengal. All prospective bidders need to coordinate with the Project Manager, Mr Ankit Agrawal (08376080866, aagrawal@seci.co.in), so as to start on time from Ranchi.
Thereafter, The Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled next day in the online mode through Video Conferencing (VC), details of which are given as under:

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder side is allowed to attend the Site visit. In this time of ongoing Pandemic COVID 19, Bidders has to abide by the related State Quarantine requirements & accordingly, they are required to observe necessary arrangements on their own. SECI will not be responsible for any quarantine related formalities/matters in this case.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at sandeeprana@seci.co.in & boda.poolsingh@seci.co.in, who wish to participate in the subject Site visit, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 08/02/2021.
Prospective Bidders are requested to remain updated for any notices wrt the Pre Bid meeting & Bidding document through the websites www.seci.co.in and https://www.bharat-electronictender.com as no separate notification will be issued in this regard
