Date of Site Visit & Pre-Bid meeting:

The site visit for the subject tender has been scheduled on 14.03.2022, for which the SECI team along with Prospective bidders will start at 1000 Hours from their respective hotels to the site located at G.T Pampore.

All prospective bidders are required to kindly coordinate with Mr Priyank Jain (priyank.j@seci.co.in) and Mr Umesh Patidar (umesh.patidar@seci.co.in), so as to start on time from the Hotel.

Post the site visit, the Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled on 15.03.2022 at 1100 Hours. The meeting will be conducted in both online & offline modes. The location for offline mode will be communicated to the respective bidders at the later stage. The details of the online meeting are mentioned below :

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder side are allowed to attend the Site visit & Pre-Bid Meeting.

Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at umesh.patidar@seci.co.in & priyank.j@seci.co.in , who wish to participate in the subject Site visit & Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 11.03.2022.
