Job Description
- As a project manager, responsible for the complete planning, implementation and execution of all the Rooftop Solar project(s) of the company starting from the receipt of Work Order/PO/Contract Agreement including required permissions/clearances/consents etc.
- Ability to source and arrange for Site Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, Skilled and Unskilled manpower for site work as per requirement of the projects.
- End to end responsibility of project execution with ability to take complete charge of the project from start to finish, which provides with a tremendous amount of control as well as responsibility.
- Must be responsible to develop goals, motivate the team, delegate work and overcome all obstacles.
- Interface effectively with client counterparts, cross functional teams and consultants to build effective relationships.
- This position is responsible to build and maintain a strong relationship with the subcontractors, owner, architect and engineers.
