Job Description
SELCO is looking for dynamic individuals who are really passionate about application of technology to solve rural issues. The approach is to customise technology and come up with solutions based on need with an eye on long term sustainability and cost.
Complete responsibility of designing need based solution
Continuous evaluation and improvement of existing solution
Co-ordinating with Field/Labs/Foundation/Tech teams in designing the systems.
Co-ordinating with the Technilogy partners to develop new components
Recommending new products based on feedback from the field
Field visit to be carried out to see the relevance of the design and update the design concepts
Coordinating with the execution team to implement special projects
Understanding complex service related issues to improve a solution
Strategy to launch new products for both internal and external stakeholders
Be updated of developments in technology and pass on recommendations to adopt the same
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
