We are looking for a Sr.Manager Marketing, for Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.
The candidates should be Capable to Identify and appoint distributors and dealers single handedly.
The role of Sr.Manager – Marketing is to drive sales growth of Solar Water Heater, Inverters and Batteries and any other newly introduced products.
Appoint new distributors, dealers and DMAs as per the requirement and explaining them the policies correctly and clearly and make them abide by the same.
Appoint proper field personnel, Train, develop and monitor the field force.
Take corrective actions based on regular reviews
Ensure Project Sales from the respective region.
Ensure proper and timely reporting is followed up properly as per hierarchy.
Oversee key account creations and chain stores functioning and visit them at least once a quarter.
Present competitor activity and suggest counter strategies and implement them.
Ensure Brand Advertisements and media plan as per requirement and press releases.
Ensuring that the set sales targets are achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly
Ensure proper collections timely and as per policy for smooth business
Visits new construction sites buildings, hospitals, hostels, colleges, hotels etc to generate business.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information. Competitor Activity etc,Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
Collecting proper data and USPs of competitors and making proper presentations to counter them with our USPs.
Experience, Skills And Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate
Able to proficiently converse in English , Tamil .
Has ample contacts and able to appoint Distributors, Dealers, DMAs by himself.
At least 2 years of experience in business development role with good achievements
Able to negotiate and close sales in routine situations
Confident and poised in dealings with senior decision makers
A team player
Takes responsibility for and is accountable for outcomes
Enjoys working with minimal supervision, but keeps their manager aware of issues, opportunities and support needs
Able to work to deadlines
Excellent verbal and written skills
Should have 8 – 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Solar / UPS industries.
