SECI is in receipt of hard copies of few bids. The bidders who have already submitted the hard copies of their bids at SECI office and wish to revise the documents, are requested to collect the same by submitting authorization letter on company’s letter head. Alternatively, the bidders can also send their consent in writing (authorization letter on company’s letter head) for return of bids by SECI through courier. However, SECI will bear no responsibility for any kind of misplace of bids/ delays during transit.
In case SECI receives no response on above notification, SECI shall be constraint to take decision based on the documents received at SECI Office, in line with the provisions of bid documents along with its amendments and clarifications thereof.
