Experience of handling mid to large size teams (25-40 people)
Eager to take up new initiatives and process improvements.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Enhance Productivity.
Inventory Management.
Enhance Operational Efficiency.
Develop & implement standard procedures for Plant operations.
Build a competent, engaged team.
Exposure in ISO Documentation.
Ensure assigned manufacturing processes meet and/or exceed operations goals in conformance with specifications and customer requirements.
Ensure stability of existing manufacturing processes and look at opportunities to improve process capabilities.
