Operations & Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Responsible for the proper operation & maintenance of MW & kW scale Solar PV Power plants at various location through a team of O&M Engineers.
Overall responsibility of the O&M Function of the Co. The tasks in general is to ensure the following through a team of engineers:
The periodic maintenance: (as per the pre-defined interval) like Module Cleaning , Observing nodules for crack, etc & replacement thereof, Module Mounting Structure , Cable connection firmness at various points, Inverter, Inverter duct, HT side,Transformer, Auxiliary Transformer, Earthing, etc.
Remote monitoring of the plant & maintaining generation data & evaluate PR as required by the agreed warantee terms with the client.
– Proper security of the plant
– Safety of the plant
– Required spares availability at the plant
