We are looking for candidates with experience in Sales & Business Development of Rooftop Solar Power Solutionsoffered by Longman Suntech Energy Pvt Ltd .
Candidate should have ability to close deals with prior B2B Sales experience in the Power or Solar Industry. Candidates with knowledge or experience of Market Analysis and development of Marketing Strategy will be preferred.
- Develops & implements – strategic marketing-sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Market research and tabulation of the data acquired.
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicates to and works with Market Area Management to resolve unique prospective customer issues.
- Making cold calls and fixing appointments to crack partnerships/deals with different organisations.
- Finalising deals, communicating with senior personnel and converting them into contract clients after analysing their average trends.
- Assists in the communication and maintenance of the Market Areas pricing and service strategies.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Generate new leads by cold calls, scheduling appointment, visiting potential clients/companies, ensuring closure.
- Payment cycles, and collection follow up needs to be maintained and logged as prime responsibility.
