DNV GL acquires Swedish power system expert Gothia Power

Gothia Power’s 28 power system experts work out of offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås and Oskarshamn. The company offers advanced analysis and measurements for power production, power transmission and power consumption. “Sweden is one of the most interesting energy markets in Europe. It has a strong and innovative industrial base, especially within power and transmission. In addition, Sweden’s power system is tightly integrated with the rest of the Nordics and Baltics, both physically and through the Nord Pool power exchange.
