Jinchen collaborates with Jinneng Technology to develop new type HJT PECVD process and cell technology.

Recently, the first heterojunction solar cell PECVD a-Si thin film equipment, which was independently developed by Jinchen, arrived at Jinneng Technology, officially opening the joint strategic cooperation between these two parties on further research and development on new type of a-Si thin film process and cell technology based on HJT PECVD technology.

Jinneng Technology is the leading enterprise of the first patch in China who conduct research and development on HJT cell and realize mass production.

Since 2015, Jinneng Technology has accumulated a wealth of experience and technology about HJT solar cell and module.
