## ✅ Eligibility Criteria
### (a) MES Enlisted Contractors:
* Class **‘C’ and above** are eligible.
* Must have MoU with solar power firms rated **1A/1B/1C/2A/2B/2C** (CRISIL, CARE, FITCH, ICRA, SMERA, Brickwork Ratings).
* If contractors themselves hold such solar ratings, MoU not mandatory.
### (b) Non-enlisted Contractors:
* Must meet MES enlistment criteria of **Class C and above** (financial, turnover, solvency, past experience).
* Must have MoU with approved rated solar power firms, unless self-rated.
* Should not be blacklisted/suspended by Govt./PSUs.
* Must provide police verification/character certificate.
### (c) Experience Requirement (for all contractors):
* Successfully completed/commissioned solar plants in Govt./PSU in last 7 years:
* **One work** ≥ 80% of tendered capacity
* **Two works** ≥ 50% of tendered capacity
* **Three works** ≥ 40% of tendered capacity
