Supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of **ON-Grid Solar Power Plants** of various capacities (1 KWp to 50 KWp) at:

* Residential Buildings

* Service Buildings

* Railway Stations

* Level Crossing (LC) Gates

Each installation includes:

* Solar PV panels (domestic cells/modules)

* Inverters (single/three phase)

* Balance of system (cables, switches, junction boxes, etc.)

* Mounting structure, earthing, and lightning protection

* Civil works, transportation, insurance, and 5 years of Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)

* Excluding net metering and battery backup costs.

### 🔹 **Eligibility Criteria**

**Financial:**

* Minimum average annual contractual turnover = V/N or “V”, whichever is less.

*(V = advertised tender value, N = completion period in years)*

* Must submit audited balance sheets or CA-certified turnover for the past 3 years.

**Technical:**

* Completion or substantial completion of:

* 3 similar works (≥30% tender value), or

* 2 similar works (≥40%), or

* 1 similar work (≥60%)

during the last 7 years.

* **Similar Work Definition:** Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power generating systems of at least 5 KWp.

**Other Requirements:**

* Not blacklisted/debarred by any government agency.

* Compliance with border country procurement restrictions (as per Govt. of India).

* Must submit declarations and certifications as per annexed formats.

* **Performance Guarantee:** 5% of contract value within 21 days of LOA (extendable with penalty).
