The undersigned is directed to refer tothis Ministry’s OM No. 30/20/2011-12/NSM dated 1st July. 2013 reg. procedure for issue of Concessional Customs Duty Certificate (CCDCs) and Excise Duty Exemption Certificates (EDECs),and to inform that this Ministry has been receiving requests/suggestions from various quarters for simplifying the above procedure so as to cut down the delay at various levels.
