### **4. Commission’s Directions**

**Petition 285/TT/2024:**

* Clarify discrepancy: NOA date in Form-12 (29.06.2021) vs. award date in Form-5A (31.12.2020).
* Submit Revised Cost Estimate (RCE-II) for ₹228.22 lakh cost overrun (including notional IDC).
* **CTUIL:** Provide SCOD for assets (Phase-II Part F1); confirm matching of TBCB scheme (Bikaner-II pooling station) with COD of assets; file details of schemes/SCODs under Rajasthan 8.1 GW & 8.9 GW transmission evacuations.

**Petition 80/TT/2025:**

* Clarify mismatch between CTUIL SCOD (03.12.2022) vs. Petitioner’s SCOD claims (31.12.2021 to 02.05.2023 for various parts). Confirm if CTUIL communicated SCODs.
* Provide CTUIL certificate (Grid Code 2023, Reg. 27(1)(c)) for Asset-15 & Asset-16B.
* Submit activity-wise **time overrun table** (planned vs. actual, delays, reasons).
* **CTUIL:** Explain SCOD mismatch of 220 kV bays at Bhadla-II/Fatehgarh-II vis-à-vis RE generator connectivity; file details of Phase-II Rajasthan schemes (RTM/TBCB, present status); submit LTA copies granted to RE generators at Fatehgarh-II & Bhadla-II; clarify if Asset-10 ICT (500 MVA, 400/220 kV, Bhadla-II) is exclusive to Avaada or shared with others.
