* **Purpose**: Truing up of tariff for 2019–24 and determination for 2024–29
* **Asset**: Combined assets under:

> “Common Scheme for 765 kV Pooling Station and Network for NR, Import by NR from ER and Common Scheme for network for WR and Import by WR from ER and from NER/SR/WR via ER”
* **Regions**: Northern, Eastern & Western
* **Respondents**: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. and 26 others

### **Proceedings (22 July 2025)**

1. The Petitions relate to both **tariff truing up for 2019–24** and **fresh tariff determination for 2024–29** for critical high-voltage transmission infrastructure across multiple regions.

2. **PGCIL’s submission**:

* In Petition No. 201/TT/2025, the petitioner submitted that a **rejoinder to BRPL’s reply** has already been filed.

3. **Commission’s Direction**:
The Petitioner (PGCIL) must submit the following information on affidavit **within one week**:

* (a) **Item-wise cumulative depreciation** for previous years related to the transmission assets.
* (b) A **single consolidated loan schedule for each funding source**.

* The Commission has **reserved its order** in all three matters, pending submission of the above details.
