Petition for Truing up and determination of transmission tariff for Transmission System associated with Kishenpur and Moga transmission system in the Northern Region – EQ

During the hearing, PGCIL’s representatives submitted revised tariff forms for both petitions via affidavits[cite: 4]. They requested that the tariffs be allowed based on these submissions[cite: 4].
In response, the CERC issued the following directions:
* PGCIL was directed to submit, on an affidavit within one week, the reason for claiming the de-capitalization/re-capitalization of the 250 MVA ICT at Moga with effect from April 1, 2014, instead of the actual date of de-capitalization, which was July 1, 2013[cite: 4].
* The respondents were given a final opportunity to file their replies within two weeks, and PGCIL was allowed to file a rejoinder within two weeks thereafter[cite: 4].
