* **NETCL’s Counsel:** Submitted that O\&M expenses for 2019–24 are based on **actuals**, which are **higher due to difficult terrain & adverse weather** in NER.
* Sought permission to file further submissions supporting these higher costs.
* **Respondents:** None filed replies despite notice.

2. Regulatory provisions under which ACE for 2019–24 & projections for 2024–29 claimed.
3. Supporting documents/court orders for **₹59.45 lakh compensation** (diversion of 400 kV Silchar–Byrnihat–Azara line for Tetelia–Byrnihat railway).
4. Details of **compensation to landowners/villagers** (with supporting docs).
5. Head-wise **Projected ACE (2024–29)** with justification & documents.
6. **Liability Flow Statement** for both periods (2019–24, 2024–29).
7. Detailed break-up of **actual O\&M Expenses** (2019–24) + supporting docs.
8. Actual **security expenses** (2019–24) + supporting docs.
9. **Security requirement assessment** for 2024–29.
10. Loan documents/calculations for **Weighted Average Rate of Interest (Form-9C)** for 2019–24.
