We are pleased to inform you that we do have openings for Product Quality & Reliability Engineer.
Responsibilities
Reliability Prediction and Modelling of complex tools, sub-systems and components ( Electro Mechanical Systems, Electrical / Electronic)
Field data, Quality Data and Warranty analysis
Communication of project & reliability analysis status to engineering & management including timely preparation of appropriate presentation, report and documentation.
Communicate effectively with global cross-functional teams to seek stakeholder feedback and buy-in.
Align and keep stake-holders informed in a global environment
Job Specific Knowledge
Proficiency in Reliability Prediction, Simulation and Modeling using commercial software packages like RELEX/PTC Windchill Reliability, Reliasoft, R, Minitab
Deep understanding of Reliability Analysis Models like NPRD, MIL217, PRISM, Telcordia etc.
Application of reliability engineering (Reliability goal setting, FMECA, FTA, RBD, Reliability Prediction, MTBF Calculation, Weibull Distribution and Reliability Growth)
Knowledge of Statistical tools. Six Sigma Certification is a plus
Design for Reliability (DfR) knowledge/experience as a plus.
Knowledge of Reliability Tests like ALT, HALT, RDT
Knowledge of Electro-mechanical, electrical / electronic components and systems Experience in Semiconductor equipment industry is a plus
Skills
Reliability engineering Tools like Windchill Quality Solutions (Relex), Weibull++, Reliasoft
Statistical tools like RELEX, Reliasoft, JMP, Minitab and Monte Carlo Simulation
Ability to effectively execute assigned tasks and conduct complex assignments in a high-paced, changing & challenging work environment.
Strong skills in problem solving. Knowledge of quality tools is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Critical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate globally and across various cultural backgrounds
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% (international and domestic)
Education
B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Related Field with 4 -10 years of relevant experience
Preference:-
CRE Certification preferred
