Serve as point of contact and follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer service is met when communicating with customers on a regular basis.
Gather additional detail or information from clients in order to respond efficiently to customers’ requests for information, assistance, and materials.
Support individual salespeople by generating solar sales proposals on a regular basis to support for a multitude of prospects and customers.
Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes.
Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow in the team and ensure that client demands are met
Keep team members informed of information that affects workflow and service delivery
Experience between 1 to 3yrs
