- Day to day supervision of distributors.
- Retention of distributors.
- Training and handling of retailers/dealers to improve performance.
- Making sure the product is available at maximum locations at all times.
- Ensuring distributors’ productivity.
- Build corporate & commercial business in the given territory by making commercial establishments like corporate offices / hotels / institutions / restaurants as customers.
- Quality customer acquisition.
- Ensuring Sales target achievement.
- Government body liasioning for specific region and subsidy process knowledge.
- Plan On – Ground activities in weak markets /areas on a continuous basis.
- Proper and planned market coverage & merchandising.
- Keeping track of competitive activities & reporting the same to management.
- Plan & implement strategy to combat competitive activities at local level.
- Get market feedback and plan out corrective strategies in consultation with management.
