Solar Philippines Biga Corporation is planning to build in Batangas a giant power complex combining 2 GWp of solar power capacity, 6 GWp of energy storage and a 600-MW diesel backup plant.
The company recently filed a public scoping report for the Batangas 3 Solar Baseload Plant, which it expects to be able to complete by 2024.
