Exp: 10-12 years; Must be an Electrical Engineer with at least 10-12 years of experience, out of which 07 years should be exclusively for Solar Projects.Able to carry out feasibility and economic viability report/studies for Green-field Solar projects.Design of Stand Alone solar systems and solar power plants.Generation of enquiries and preparation of competitive bids. Able to convert bids in to orders.The person must be able to achieve forecasted targets.Well versed in solar power project management, estimations, site management and project co-ordination.Must be a confident go getter, with a flair for marketing and achievement motivation.Must have excellent presentation and communications skills(both verbal and written).Must have a pleasing personality and the ability to work under pressure and up to International standards.
