Mandate for the role:
- MBA with 8-10 years of experience in the similar profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Business analysis and evaluation
- To be the operating arm of CEO
- Financial modelling and investment analysis
- Managing reviews and providing critical insights, MIS, Business plan, keeping track of the profitability and budgetary targets
- Support CEO with in-depth analysis on issues relevant to decision making
- Track business development and performance of various entities
- Project monitoring – Preparing presentations that track project progress, bottlenecks, issues on a regular basis
- Board meeting preparations and presentations
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Preparing updates on project for review by the top management
- Able to interact on professional level across all levels of the organization including internal and external stakeholders, department heads & top management.
