Hyundai Kona EV: 452km

Price: It is available between ₹23.84 lakh and ₹24.03 lakh.

Hyundai’s electric SUV boasts a 39.2 kWh battery pack and an electric motor with 136 PS and 395 Nm of torque. It has a claimed 0-100kmph sprint time of 9.7 seconds. Charging options include a 50 kW fast charger, a 7.2 kW wall box charger, and a 2.8 kW portable charger, with the 50 kW DC fast charger able to charge the battery from 0 to 80 percent in 57 minutes. The electric SUV has features such as a sunroof, automatic air conditioning with rear vents, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats, cruise control, and a 10-way power adjustable driver seat with lumbar support.

Mahindra XUV400: 456km

Price: The Mahindra XUV400 is priced between ₹15.99 lakh and ₹18.99 lakh.

Variants: Two variations are available for the XUV 400, EC, and EL.

The XUV400 EV offers two battery pack sizes – 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh – paired with a single electric motor generating 150 PS and 310 Nm of torque. It features a 50 kW DC charger for fast charging, capable of charging the EV from 0 to 80 percent in 50 minutes. The XUV400 EV has a single pane sunroof, push-button start-stop, electrically adjustable and folding ORVM system, and over 60 connected car features. It has a boot space of 378 liters and includes safety features such as six airbags, cornering brake control, electronic stability control, and a rear parking camera for passenger protection.

Audi e-Tron GT: 500km

Price: The Audi e-Tron GT costs between ₹1.79 crore and ₹2.04 crore.

Variants: Audi e-Tron GT is available in the e-Tron GT and RS e-Tron GT models.

Positioned as one of the most dynamic offerings from Audi, the e-Tron GT boasts a high-performance electric powertrain that sets it apart. Equipped with a dual-motor system, this sleek saloon generates 469 bhp and 630 Nm of torque. Despite its performance-oriented nature, the e-Tron GT also delivers noteworthy range capabilities, with an estimated 500 km on a single charge based on the WLTP test cycle. The e-Tron GT and the RS e-Tron GT feature a shared 93 kWh battery pack, utilizing an 800-volt architecture that allows rapid charging. The e-Tron GT can reach up to 80% of its battery capacity in just 22.5 minutes of charge.

BMW i4: 590km

Price: The electric BMW i4 is currently available at a price of ₹69.9 lakh.

Variants: It is available in only one trim which is the eDrive40

Derived from the esteemed 4 Series Gran Coupe, the BMW i4 represents the entry-level electric sedan from the luxury automaker in India. While sporting the distinct kidney grilles at the front, the i4’s grille is mostly covered, as there is no need to cool an engine under the hood. In India, the i4 is exclusively available in the eDrive40 variant, featuring a rear-axle mounted electric motor that delivers a robust 337 bhp and 430 Nm of torque.

The i4 can provide up to 164 km of range with just 10 minutes of charging, adding to its convenience and practicality as an electric sedan.

Kia EV6: 708km

Price: The current price range for the Kia EV6 is between ₹60.95 lakh and ₹65.95 lakh.

Variants: GT Line RWD and GT Line AWD.

As Kia’s flagship electric vehicle in India, the Kia EV6 is the proud sibling of the Ioniq 5 SUV. This dynamic electric car represents a compelling reason to switch from traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to electric ones, thanks to its striking design and performance prowess. With two available variants, the GT Line AWD stands out as the more powerful option, boasting an impressive 321 bhp and 605 Nm of torque. However, for those prioritizing maximum driving range, the 226 bhp RWD variant is the ideal choice, with a remarkable ARAI-rated range of 708 km.

Equipped with a 77.4 kWh battery pack, the EV6 supports 350 kW DC fast charging, allowing for 80% of charge in just 18 minutes.

Mercedes-Benz EQS 580: 857km

Price: The price range of the Mercedes-Benz EQS electric vehicle in India starts from ​​₹1.55 crore, going up to ₹2.45 crore.

Variants: There are two variants available, EQS 580 4MATIC and the AMG EQS 53 4MATIC+

Mercedes-Benz EQS is one of the finest luxury electric vehicles available worldwide.
