Thanks to this project, Soltec reaches 450 MW track-record in Brazil, establishing itself as the country market leader in solar tracker supply. Soltec, a top-tier manufacturer and supplier of single-axis solar trackers, has started the installation of its [SF Utility] tracker systems at a 292 MW PV solar plant in Brazil. This is the second large-scale PV tracking plant executed by Soltec in Brazil, reaching 450 MW track-record in the country, and establishing itself as the Brazilian market leader in solar tracker supply. Soltec’s track-record in the Americas sums up 780 MW of their SF Utility single-axis tracker equipment installed, and 570 MW being supplied over this year.

“We are very proud of the activity underway that we are experiencing in the Americas, in countries like Brazil, Chile and United States. We believe our success, establishing ourselves as America’s market leaders in solar tracker supply, is recognition of well-done work and the customer service that we offer”, assures Fernando Sanchez, VP of Sales LATAM at Soltec. Soltec’s SF Utility single-axis tracker has standardized into one of the most advanced solar trackers in the world due to its higher yield per acre and cost effectiveness for large scale solar plants. Its range of enabling foundation solutions allows greatly reduced civil works and rapid deployment, and its outstanding tolerance to construction variables allows simple installation where others simply may not. “Our objective is to supply customers with cutting-edge technologies at the most competitive price. We focused our work on innovating a product with reliable qualities and low cost installation,” says Raúl Morales, CEO of Soltec.
