Job Profile:
Potential customer identification & Generation of new business opportunities for Solar products via Cold Calling, Online marketing through social platforms and follow ups
Mapping potential customer with distinct focus on Corporate/ Institutional customers and Domestic customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Gathering market information, Identify market potential, Competitor analysis, segmentation and customer information to expand the business. Identifying target markets and developing strategies for the company
Ensure that monthly targets for leads generated, orders booked, and collections are achieved, including regular reports to director as required.
Conduct site visits to assess the technical feasibility of project and recommend solutions that meet customer requirements within budget.
Close the deals and co ordinate with our manufacturing facility for delivery.
Salary:INR 1,75,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Required
1+ years of experience in sales of technically complex solutions to large businesses and institutions (including energy and solar)
Lead Generation: Should be able to generate and nurture leads in the local market, and close the deal
Highly organized, self-starter, passionate and motivated individual willing to view each challenge as an opportunity to learn, excel, and grow the company
A team player: able to work with a diverse and distributed team and listen, build on ideas constructively with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Engineering background: A degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering would be an advantage for this role, especially for technical & commercial aspects of the role.
A fantastic communicator: Superlative written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
Willing to travel extensively including rural areas
