Job Description
LOCATION: DUNGARPUR CITY
Responsibilities:
Preparation of General Ledger & Financial Statement (including Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Cash flow statement etc).
Maintaining statutory accounts of the company, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all regulatory and statutory filings for the company and directors, including registrar of companies, income tax, provident fund, professional tax, service tax etc
Preparation of Revenue and Capital Budget, monthly MIS, performing financial analysis including ageing, variance analysis and financial statement review.
Oversee annual /periodic internal audit, statutory and tax audit and any other audits
Handling all aspects of payroll including calculations of base pay and incentives, proper accounting of payments and timely issuance of payroll
Liaise with company bankers, insurers, tax consultants and, internal /statutory /tax auditors
Generating monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports related to financial performance and financial status
Follow up with suppliers to collect pending receivables
Proven People Management skills.
Perform/assisting for company secretarial functions for ensuring compliance thereof.
