This has reference to the RfS (RfS No. SECI/JNNSM/P-2/B-3/RfS/UP/042016 dated 19-04-2016) issued by SECI for 315 MW (re-bidding) in UP Solar Park under NSM Ph-II, Batch-III, Tranche-III.
The total capacity of 315 MW is divided in 6 Projects (1 under Part-A (DCR) and 5 under Part – B (Open)). The RfS document along with draft PPA, PSA, VGFSA and Land use Cum Support & Implementation Agreement (LUSIA) were uploaded on TCIL portal vide Tender Search Code (TSC): SECI-2016-TN000010.
In this regard all Prospective bidders are requested to follow the following instructions very carefully:
1. The bidding for each project shall be conducted independently, with separate auction events being held for each project. Accordingly, NITs have been uploaded for each project on the TCIL website, having individual Tender Search Codes as follows:
