#### **3. Competitive Bidding & Tariff**
– The project was awarded through a **tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB)** process conducted by **PFC Consulting Limited**.
– **PGCL** was declared the successful bidder with the **lowest annual transmission charge** of **₹446.99 million per annum**.

#### **4. Regulatory Process**
– CERC issued a **public notice** in *The Hindu* and *Hindustan* on **December 18, 2025**.
– **No objections or suggestions** were received from the public.
– **CTUIL recommended** the grant of the license.
– The applicant’s name was officially changed from *Mandsaur I RE Transmission Limited* to *POWERGRID Mandsaur Augmentation Transmission Limited*.

#### **5. Grant of License**
– CERC granted the transmission license to the applicant, subject to **25-year validity** from the date of issue.
– The license is granted under **Form-III** of the 2024 Transmission License Regulations.

#### **6. Key License Conditions**
