1. **765/400/220 kV Pune-III GIS Substation:**

* 3 × 500 MVA ICTs (400/220 kV),
* Bus reactors (330 MVAR & 125 MVAR),
* Multiple bays for ICTs, lines, reactors.
* Future provisions for expansion (765/400 kV ICTs, line bays, STATCOM, etc.).
2. **765 kV D/c Line (Boisar-II – Pune-III)** with line bays & reactors.
3. **LILO of Narendra (New) – Pune 765 kV D/c Line** at Pune-III.
4. **LILO of Hinjewadi – Koyna 400 kV S/c Line** at Pune-III with 80 MVAR line reactor.
5. Associated reactors, spares, and provision for downstream 220 kV lines (to be built by MSETCL).
* **Scheduled COD:** 24 months (by 19.11.2026).
