Job Description:

1) Field support for solar PV (Photovoltaic) project, should be able to handle the technical issue from the customer.

2) Train installers or maintainers about the proper process of inverter installation, operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of solar inverter, monitoring devices or system.

3) On-site commissioning support, provide on-site technical training for commissioning, to make sure that the solar PV project runs successfully on time.

4) Reply to the inquiry about the inverter and relevant product from customer in time.

5) Analyze the fault of inverter and write troubleshooting report if necessary, to service director or customer.

6) Remote technical support, should be able tocommunicate with customer via Phone or Email, collect fault information and release the solution to customer.

7) Have more than 3 years’ experience in India,working in Solar PV industry having working experience of solar inverter, power-electronics and EPC.

8) Support the inverter sales team and provide technical proposal and be part of technical sales meetings if required.

9) Handle the other urgent jobs which service director arranges.

10) Should have knowledge of the structure of PV plant system such as public power grid standard, the PV configuration, the specification of transformer, breaker, RS485 (ModBus-RTU) etc.
Note: The person should adapt to travelling across India all the time.
