Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project of Innovation in Solar Power and Hybrid Technologies and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for the captioned subject.
SECI now invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for the captioned subject which will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
The Bidding documents in English (RfB No. SECI/C&P/OP/17/002/21-22 dated 15.02.2022) for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 100 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Project having 10 years plant O&M at Getalsud Dam, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India have been uploaded & is available online on https://www.bharat-electronictender.com (Only viewed on Microsoft Internet explorer 10.x or above browser) & is also attached with this notification of SECI’s website
Bidding document available at SECI’s website is for reference purpose only & the official copy of the documents for participation purpose is available at Electronic Tender India website at https://www.bharat-electronictender.com . Interested bidders have to download the official copy of bidding documents after logging into the Electronic Tender India (ETI) website by using the Login ID and Password provided by ETI during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/ upload the Response to the RfB after logging into the ETI portal and downloading the official copy.
Date of Pre-Bid meeting & Site Visit: The Pre Bid meeting has been planned on 25/02/2022, complete details of which alongwith site visit will be intimated soon with a separate notification at SECI’s website.
Last Date for online submission of Bids: 31/03/2022 till 1400 Hours
Opening of Techno-Commercial Bids: 31/03/2022 at 1430 Hours
Bid Security Amount: INR 7 Crs (Indian Rupees Seven Crores only) or USD 1 Mn (US Dollars One Million only)
