### **1. Project Details**

### **2. Scope of Work**
* **EPC package** for design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of **733 MW solar power projects** (AC capacity).
* **Comprehensive O\&M for 3 years** from COD.
* **Land:** To be arranged by EPC contractor (except Project Nos. 29 & 30, where SGEL has lease agreements; for Project 29, additional land must be acquired to meet 4 acre/MW norm).
* **Modules:** Must be from **MNRE ALMM list**; comply with **Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017**.
* **Interconnection:** EPC to provide power evacuation system up to substation/interconnection point.
* **Central Monitoring System (CMS):** In scope of **Group 4 contractor**.

* **Cost of Bid Document:** ₹5,000 + 18% GST (₹5,900).
* **Bid Security (EMD):** ₹11.20 lakh per MW (BG/Insurance Surety Bond via SFMS).
* **Bid Validity:** 180 days.
* **Performance Guarantee:** As per bid document (not in NIT extract).

### **4. Eligibility Criteria**
**Technical (during last 10 years):**
* EPC of grid-connected SPV plant(s) ≥30 MWp cumulative, incl. ≥1 project ≥10 MWp (in successful operation ≥3 months).
* OR Developer of such SPV plants with same requirement.
* OR EPC/developer of industrial/infrastructure project worth ₹1.68 Cr/MW + at least one 33 kV substation (both in operation ≥6 months).
* OR Indian subsidiary/holding company of such firm (with joint undertaking).
**Financial:**
* Avg. Annual Turnover ≥ ₹1.68 Cr/MW (last 3 FYs).
* Positive Net Worth in last FY, and at least 2 out of 3 preceding FYs.
**Consortium/JV:**
* Allowed (max. 2 partners).
* Lead partner ≥50% share; other partner ≥20%.
* Both must be Indian companies.
