### **2. Financial Details**
* **Estimated Value:** ₹43.93 crore
* **Tender Fees:** ₹11,800 (non-refundable, RTGS/NEFT)
* **EMD:** ₹87,86,000 (RTGS/NEFT, valid 180 days) – **no exemption** for bidders.
* **Performance Security:** 10% of work order value (Bank Guarantee, valid 15 months).
* **Payment Terms:** Back-to-back basis via ESCROW after ITI receives payment from JREDA.
* **LD (Liquidated Damages):** As per ITI LD policy, pro-rata for delays.

### **4. Eligibility Criteria**
**Entity Type:**
* Companies (under Companies Act 1956/2013), LLPs, Partnerships, or Sole Proprietors in Solar/Renewable/Electrical works.
* **JV participation allowed** (cumulative turnover & experience considered).
**Experience:**
* EPC of grid-connected Solar PV projects (ground/rooftop):
* Option 1: ≥1.25 MW cumulative in last 7 years, with at least one 0.5 MW plant (or 2×0.25 MW).
* Option 2: ≥2.5 MW cumulative in last 7 years, with at least one 0.5 MW plant (or 2×0.25 MW).
* Projects must be with Govt./PSUs/Utilities, backed by valid PPAs.
**Financials:**
* **Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT):** ₹10 crore (last 3 years).
* **Net Worth:** Positive at close of preceding FY.
* **Group company turnover allowed.**
* CA certificate with UDIN required.
**Other Requirements:**
* GSTIN, PAN, PF, ESI registration.
* ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
* Police verification/passport for promoters/directors.
* Pre-contract Integrity Pact (Annexure-I).
* Clause-by-clause compliance, “No Deviation” certificate.

* **System:** Two-bid (Technical & Financial).
* **Evaluation:** L1 bidder based on **lowest EPC project cost** (exclusive of GST, inclusive of all other charges).
* **No advance payment.**
* AMC/CAMC may be awarded separately by ITI if JREDA mandates.

* Financial terms strictly on **back-to-back basis** with ITI’s contract with JREDA.
* Bidders responsible for technical proposal, product demo (if needed), and compliance with JREDA tender.
* ITI reserves full rights to modify/cancel EOI, accept/reject bids without liability.
* Contract extensions will mirror JREDA’s extension, if granted.
