* **MSEs** & **DPIIT-registered Startups** exempted from turnover & experience requirements (with valid docs).
* **Documents Required:** Experience proof, turnover docs, ATC docs (up to 4).

* **EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):**
* Schedule 1: ₹50,000
* Schedule 2: ₹1,00,000
* Exemptions available for MSEs/Startups with supporting docs.
* **Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG):**

* Validity: 26 months
* **Payment Terms:** Milestone/deliverable based (as per ATC uploaded).
