**Subject Matter:**
This document is a consolidated procedural order listing seven separate tariff petitions filed by PGCIL. For each petition, PGCIL is seeking:
1. **Truing-up** of transmission tariffs for the 2019-24 period (under the 2019 Tariff Regulations).

1. **Petition No. 634/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Fiber Optic Communication System for Central Sector Sub-stations & Generating Stations in the Southern Region.
– **Respondents:** TANGEDCO and 20 others.

2. **Petition No. 486/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** HVDC Bipole link between Western Region (Raigarh) and Southern Region (Pugalur, Trichur) – specifically the Pugalur-Trichur 2000 MW VSC based HVDC System.
– **Respondents:** TANGEDCO and 13 others.

3. **Petition No. 561/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Northern Region System Strengthening Scheme-XVIII.
– **Respondents:** UPPCL and 15 others.

4. **Petition No. 918/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Kayamkulam Transmission System in the Southern Region.
– **Respondents:** TANGEDCO and 13 others.

5. **Petition No. 950/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Kawas Transmission System in the Western Region.
– **Respondents:** MPPMCL and 5 others.

6. **Petition No. 951/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Sipat-II Supplementary Transmission System in the Western Region.
– **Respondents:** MPPMCL and 5 others.

7. **Petition No. 1021/TT/2025**
– **Asset:** Transmission System of Vindhyachal-IV & Rihand-III (1000 MW) Generation Project in the Western Region.
– **Respondents:** MPPMCL and 20 others.

**Specific Information Deficiencies Identified by CERC:**

The Commission has directed PGCIL to file additional information for the following petitions before a final order can be issued:

– **For Petition No. 634/TT/2025:**
– **Submission of Forms:** Provide Forms 5, 13, and 7B.
– **Cost Justification:** Provide detailed justification for variations in element-wise capital cost compared to the costs previously allowed by the Commission in an earlier order (dated 31.3.2021 in Petition No. 104/TT/2020).
– **Clarification on Asset Commissioning:** Explain how Asset-III is being claimed in this combined petition when its associated downstream network (under the scope of PTCUL) is not yet commissioned. Provide the status of that downstream network.

– **For Petition No. 918/TT/2025:**
– **Data Format:** Submit Form-9C in Excel format with proper linkages for both the 2019-24 and 2024-29 periods.
– **ACE Details:** Provide details of Additional Capital Expenditure (ACE) claimed for equipment replacement in a specified tabular format, including particulars of the equipment, location, quantity, date of commercial operation, per-unit cost, total estimated cost, and year-wise claim.

– **For Petition No. 950/TT/2025:**
– **OEM Certificate:** Provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificates for the substation equipment proposed to be replaced during the 2019-24 period, as had been directed earlier by the Commission (vide order dated 22.1.2022 in Petition No. 325/TT/2020).
