### **Eligibility Criteria**
* Similar work experience in last **7 years**:
* 3 works ≥ 40% of tender value **OR**
* 2 works ≥ 60% of tender value **OR**
* 1 work ≥ 80% of tender value.
* Definition of **similar work**: SITC of off-grid solar systems ≥ 7.5 kWp in Central/State Govt/PSU departments.
* Value of past work adjusted at 7% per annum escalation to current cost level.
* Must provide **Solvency Certificate / Bank Guarantee** of ≥ 50% of tender value.

* Only **online bids** accepted (via eprocure.gov.in).
* Class-III Digital Signature required.
* Conditional/incomplete bids will be rejected.
* Original EMD & solvency certificate to be submitted at FTR HQ SSB, Guwahati before bid opening.
* GST compliance mandatory (if not registered, bidder must obtain registration within 1 month of award).
