Inox Wind gets shareholders’ nod to raise Rs 150 crore via NCDs
Power equipment maker Inox Wind recently said its shareholders have approved raising Rs 150 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures ( NCDs) on private placement basis.The shareholders approved the special resolution at its annual general meeting held on September 19, to issue non-convertible debenture of Rs 150 crore in one or more tranches during one year period, Inox Wind Ltd said in a BSE filing.According to the statement, there were negligible votes against the proposal to raise Rs 150 crore through issuance of NCDs.
During the meeting, the shareholder also passed the resolution to adopt the company’s standalone financial statement for 2014-15.Inox Wind is a fully integrated player in the wind energy market with state-of-the-art manufacturing plants near Ahmedabad (Gujarat) for blades and tubular towers and at Una ( Himachal Pradesh) for hubs and nacelles.
