1. Project Details
Scope: Truing up of transmission tariff for the 2019-24 tariff period and determination of transmission tariff for the 2024-29 tariff period.
Asset: 400 kV Palatana-Bongaigaon Transmission System Project.
Location: North Eastern Region.
Issue: The Petitioner (NETCL) has claimed O&M Expenses for the 2019-24 period based on actual expenses, which are higher due to difficult terrain and adverse weather conditions.

Head-wise details of the Annual Capital Expenditure (ACE) projected for the 2024-29 period with detailed justification.
Liability Flow Statement for both the 2019-24 and 2024-29 periods.
A detailed breakup of actual O&M Expenses for the 2019-24 period with supporting documents.
Details and supporting documents for actual security expenses claimed for the 2019-24 period.
Assessment of security requirements for the 2024-29 period.
Supporting loan documents/calculations for the prevailing rate of interest.
