Trinchero Family Estates Transitions to Clean Energy Across all Napa Facilities and Vineyards
Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) has transitioned all of its energy use to Deep Green 100% renewable energy across all of its facilities in Napa County, CA. The move by the organization to convert all electric power across all aspects of the business represents an important commitment to clean energy by the Napa Valley’s largest wine company. The size and scale of Trinchero’s operations and the investment required for the transition establish TFE as a leader in renewable energy among Napa Valley wineries. TFE has partnered with MCE to transition all of its 28 facilities and vineyards in the Napa Valley to ‘Deep Green 100% renewable energy’. TFE’s investment ensures that all of its usage is matched to vendors that are completely green and thus renewable. TFE’s investment complements an ongoing update to its production facilities at Main Street in St. Helena. As a family-owned winery in the Napa Valley for over 65 years, Trinchero Family Estates has a history of investment in the community and its residents. Accordingly, half of the premiums that TFE invests is used by MCE to fund the development of local renewable energy projects, further benefitting the local community.
