In the matter of: Petition under Section 129 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 62(b) of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking order through appropriate directions securing compliance by the licensee which has contravened certain provisions contained in Order No. 1 of 2012 dated 27.1.2012 read with Suo-Motu Order dated 11.7.2014 and Notification No. 2 of 2013 dated 7.8.2013 issued by the Commission in exercise of the powers under the Act and in the matter of determination of tariff for procurement of power by the distribution licensee and others from Solar Energy Projects and Guidelines for procurement of power by distribution licensees.
