The **Commission accepted the request** and granted CTUIL **one week** to file its **compliance affidavit** containing the required details.

### **4. Commission’s Direction**

The **Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC)** directed that both matters —

* Grant of Transmission License to MELPTL (Petition No. 675/TL/2025), and
* Adoption of Transmission Charges (Petition No. 690/AT/2025) —
be **listed for the next hearing on 28 October 2025**.
